worst target experience of my life. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place before. To start off with we were in the fitting rooms when a (manager) I’m assuming it was come into the fitting area and told me and another woman to move our carts out of the area. Mind you they were in the open part out of way where the employees in there could see. I got up and moved my cart out of the way while the other woman asked why they had to be moved and the (manager) lady proceeded to get a attitude with her while another employee folding clothes joined in and also got a attitude. So I finally left the fitting room and took my 4 items to the self check where I was not greeted or even given a friendly smile. I checked out my swimsuits dress and hair chip and left to go get Starbucks. After I got my Starbucks I left the store but the alarms went off. I started looking through my bags and realized my tags for the swim suit were still on. A problem that could have been easily avoided if an employee had been paying attention to my cart when I come up to self check. I go back to the self check to ask this same (manager) woman to remove my tags she DID NOT once speak to me, smile at me, and gave me a very nasty look when I couldn’t find my receipt due to me panicking thinking they were gonna think I was stealing. I’m a younger girl and I’ve never had something like that happen before and I get nervous really easy and her acting like that did not help. She stood there judging me while I looked through my purse and eventually crossed her arms showing how impatient she was getting with me. I do not appreciate how I was treated and will not be returning to this target ever again. My best advice is go to the one in Florence they are by far the best one I’ve ever been too very sweet and helpful over there. But as far as this target get new employees train your staff better…
It's a typical Target. Most of the merchandise are more expensive than other retailers.
The Starbucks is good. You can avoid a lot of traffic coming to this Starbucks location.
Major nasty Bathroom! Should be cleaned every hour. Even the wall, door, ceiling and dispensers, were nasty. As many worker's that were there puttering around, wont hurt for every hour to do a
major deep clean. Get decent T-paper. Add paper towels and paper seat covers. Blowers suck! Target you can afford this. Think of your customers. Next time I'll take pics.
I was in this store yesterday and fell near the cashier section. I was impressed how quickly, and with great concern, employees responded and came to my assistance. They were very kind. There was no water on the floor, i just fell over my own feet and went down hard.
We'll be back.
Clean. Stocks most of what you're looking for?
As with most stores, human manned checkout stations are disappearing as self checkouts increase. Ugh. Not a fan - unless there is a discount (5%?) for doing their job for them.
I'm sure this target isn't the only store. But this past weekend I went shopping with my cousin. She's in her 40s, petite, roughly 5ft tall. She loves hats and was trying on some at Target. She couldn't find a mirror at a fair height that she could see herself in. A store clerk walked through the accessory section where we were shopping and mentioned that there were long, head to toe, floor mirrors back around the corner in the clothing section. HOWEVER, just in front of us were two mirrors fitted in the wall shelves that contained the sunglasses. Why must my little legged cousin trek across the store to search for a mirror so she can see herself try on hats. Target, I know you can do better to accommodate your "height- challenged" shoppers.
After placing an order online for pick up and receiving the wrong items I'm told I can't have the items I ordered because the codes were wrong. So even tho I read the description of the items that I was purchasing beforehand they can't give me the items in the description because the codes for the items is wrong. Basically don't expect them to fix their mistakes and good luck creating an account if u ever do try to waste ur time ordering with this ridiculous business.
The staff in customer service at Target in Jackson, TN. is the best. They work together & keep smiling.
Seems to have better quality items than Wal-Mart but fewer items to pick from.
Was at Jackson,Tn Target store this morning at 10:30. Only one checker line open and no self check machines working. Had to stand in line 15 minutes to check out. Ridiculous!
